Mechanic agreement

Rules for providers using the platform.

Independent business status

Mechanics use Roadside Relay as independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or partners of Roadside Relay or GAZ Enterprises.

Provider responsibility

Mechanics are responsible for their workmanship, licensing, tools, taxes, insurance, safety practices, and compliance with applicable law.

Accurate information

Mechanics must provide truthful onboarding information and maintain current documents required for approval.

Customer interactions

Mechanics must treat every customer with respect, quote customers fairly, and perform only work the customer authorizes.

Extra services and earnings

Any extra service completed beyond the original quote must be reported inside the app, and all earnings connected to a Roadside Relay job must be reported through the platform.

Cancellations

Confirmed job cancellations require at least 2 hours notice. ASAP jobs may not be canceled after confirmation. Violations of these rules may result in immediate account closure.

Platform enforcement

Roadside Relay may pause or remove mechanic access for false information, unsafe conduct, repeated complaints, or policy violations.
