Marketplace terms of service.

Platform role

Roadside Relay is a service of GAZ Enterprises and a marketplace that helps customers connect with independent mobile mechanics. Mechanics are not employees of Roadside Relay or GAZ Enterprises.

Quotes and payment

Customers review the final quote and any platform fees before payment. Service scope, labor, parts, and final repair decisions are handled between the customer and mechanic through the platform flow.

Mechanic accounts

Mechanics must provide accurate information and may be required to complete verification before receiving leads or payouts.

Provider conduct

Mechanics must report extra services and earnings inside the app, treat customers respectfully, quote fairly, and follow the cancellation rules shown in the Mechanic Agreement.

Acceptable use

Users may not submit false information, abuse the payment system, harass other users, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
