Cancellations
Customers may cancel before a mechanic begins traveling or performing work. If no service has started, eligible prepaid amounts may be refunded after review.
Completed work
Once work has been completed, refunds are reviewed case by case based on the service delivered, mechanic documentation, and any dispute raised by the customer.
Disputes
Customers should contact Roadside Relay support first so the platform can review the job, quote, messages, and payment details before escalating a payment dispute.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
